Contacted Chapter 13 through a friend recommendation. ID Michael was very patient and gave much needed insight and advices to my inspiration and wants. Love his enthusiasm and really appreciated that he was able to “understand” my vision and brought it to life. My ID Benjamin Hoong has done an excellent job from designing till completion of the whole renovation project! The reno budget is friendly as compared to other firms and Ben will even go an extra mile in explaining how different materials might affect the renovation style. Ben took over the project from another ID firm and was quick to rectify many problems arising from the previous incomplete renovation. It shows his professionalism and competency. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who is interested to get their renovation done by a professional. As we had tight timeline to move in by certain time, Ben managed to coordinate and get it done within 1.5 to 2months. This will not be possible without Ben’s close supervision. Thanks Ben!
